gee whiz... I wrote the above a couple of years ago.  Nobody has yet complained that this page hasn't been worked on.  Maybe that is a hint that nobody has ever clicked on this page...boo hoo... does nobody have an interest in the important and critical history of the BWA party. 

ok, it is now 2009 and nobody has ever mentioned this to me... so I guess nobody cares about the past.. remember: those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat past failures (or whatever the quote is)
